You might recognize those glowing eyes from the corner of Vince Michael’s gaming setup. Kuro-Mori isn't a stray; he was the only witness to whatever happened during Vince’s final midnight session. Now, he’s looking for a new screen to sit behind. He doesn't move when the room is bright, but as soon as you dim your lights, you’ll notice he seems to have crept a few pixels closer to the center of your display.
Luminance Contrast: This artwork utilizes a technique called Atmospheric Desaturation. By stripping the color from the forest background and concentrating all the 700nm wavelength "Crimson" into the pupils, we trigger your eye's foveal vision. This makes the cat's gaze feel physically heavy, as if the light is pushing out against the glass of your phone.
